Elaine Baxter is a highly experienced women’s health professional with a career spanning midwifery, gynaecology, and fertility nursing. Over the past decade, she has worked in the pharmaceutical industry, specialising in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for menopausal women.

Outside of work, Elaine leads an active lifestyle and feels most at home in the outdoors—whether that’s tramping, mountain biking, or trail running.
